We Set Up Your Account
Our team is currently:
- Creating your company profile in Fitek
- Verifying your company details to ensure everything is legally correct and protect against fraud
- Setting up your dedicated email mailbox for invoices
- Configuring your country-specific e-invoice settings (Peppol, KSeF, etc.)
📧 You'll receive an email with:
- Your unique invoice mailbox address
- Your login credentials for Fitek platform
- Instructions for first login
Add Your Customers
Our system can automatically read customer information from your invoices, but adding your customers beforehand ensures smooth processing and accurate delivery.
For each customer, add:

- Log in to Fitek
- Go to "Customers" section
- Click "Add Customer"
- Fill in the details and save
You can add customers one by one, upload a list, or let the system extract customer data from your invoices automatically. We recommend adding key customers in advance for the smoothest experience.
Send Your First Test Invoice
Ready to try it out?
- Pick one of your own invoices (any recent PDF invoice you've created)
- Email it to your Fitek mailbox address (the one we sent you)
- Wait a few minutes for it to appear in Fitek
- Log in and check that everything looks correct
- Review the customer match - did we find the right customer?
- Check validation - any errors or missing information?
- Click "Send" when everything looks good
💡 We recommend testing with 1-2 invoices before going live.
Go Live
Once your test invoices work perfectly:
- Start emailing all your sales invoices to your Fitek mailbox
- Check them daily in the Fitek platform
- Send them with one click
✓ That's it. You're now sending compliant e-invoices across Europe.
Important: What Fitek Checks Before Sending
Our system validates every invoice for:
- Mandatory fields (amounts, dates, VAT numbers, etc.)
- Correct units of measure (required by Peppol)
- VAT breakdown accuracy
- Customer exists and can receive e-invoices
If anything is missing or incorrect, you'll see a clear error message in plain language. Fix it and send again—simple as that.
Common First-Time Questions
Usually within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email when it's ready.
No, wait for your login credentials email first.
Not all companies are registered yet. We'll notify you, and you can send via alternative methods (or help your customer get registered).
Not for basic use. If you have a team, you can assign different roles later (e.g., who can approve, who can send).
